Dashmesh Educational Society is committed to advancing education, skill development and community empowerment by creating opportunities for individuals to build more confident and self-reliant futures.
The Society’s association with Karoran village, near Nayagaon, Punjab, dates back to the mid-1990s. While an initial initiative to establish an educational institution in the area did not ultimately materialise, the commitment to education and community development continued. This vision subsequently evolved into a charitable vocational school dedicated particularly to empowering women from neighbouring rural communities.
Women, especially those from economically weaker sections, were provided free structured vocational training in stitching and tailoring, embroidery, computer education and beautician training.
Accessible learning, practical skills, livelihood support and community care.
