Women’s empowerment at Dashmesh Educational Society is rooted in creating real opportunities for learning, confidence and self-reliance.
Through the charitable vocational initiative at Karoran, women from neighbouring rural communities—particularly economically weaker sections—were given access to practical skills without the burden of course fees.
Training in stitching and tailoring, embroidery, computer education and beautician skills opened possibilities for employment, self-employment and home-based income generation.
The Society also supported deserving trainees with sewing machines, helping create a practical pathway from acquiring a skill to exploring livelihood opportunities.
Accessible learning, practical skills, livelihood support and community care.
